Privacy notice

This notice explains how Paradise Sports Bar looks after your personal details, mainly for our membership. We aim to follow Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP, Law No. 27 of 2022). It’s a plain-English summary, not legal advice.

Who we are

Paradise Sports Bar, Jl. Kayu Jati No.2a, Seminyak, Kec. Kuta, Badung, Bali 80361, operated by Paradise Sports Bar. We decide how your membership details are used.

What we collect for membership

Why we use it

We don’t sell your details.

Our basis

We use your details because you agreed to it when you signed up. We don’t use them for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

If you withdraw your consent for membership, we’ll close your membership and stop using your details for it.

How to contact us

Ask in person at the bar, or get in touch using the contact links on this site.

How long we keep it

Your details are deleted or anonymised after 24 months without a visit, or sooner if you ask us to delete them.

Who else handles it

We use a few service providers to run the membership, and they handle your details on our behalf:

Some of these providers may store or process your details outside Indonesia.

Your member card is also saved on your own phone, in your browser, so it works without signal at the bar. Clearing your browser data removes it from the phone. If that happens, ask staff at the bar to look you up.

Website

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to this website. It doesn’t use cookies.

We also use Google Analytics 4, a service from Google LLC, to understand how people use this website and how our Google ads perform. It tells us:

We only see this as totals. We can’t identify you from it.

Google Analytics sets cookies on this website (named cfz_google-analytics_v4 and cfzs_google-analytics_v4) to tell visits apart. Your cookie choice is saved in a cookie called cf_consent. Google may process the data outside Indonesia, for example in the United States. The data is kept for 14 months.

If you’re visiting from the UK, the EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before Google Analytics runs. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page, or change your cookie settings here.

Anyone can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, or turn off ad personalisation in Google’s ad settings. You can read Google’s privacy policy.
